If you are a new client, you are required to come in for a separate complimentary Consultation appointment (just 15 minutes of your time) before we can accept your booking. In the event that your chosen time or date is unavailable, there is an issue with the allocated time frame for your service, if there are scheduling conflicts or in the event that we are fully booked, Jarnell’s will contact you to reschedule the booking. If none of our available times suit you, we will be more than happy to issue a refund of your deposit (allow 72 hours for the refund to clear).

Will I have my desired result in one visit?

We are Colour Experts with decades of ongoing training, particularly pertaining to cutting, colouring and blonding hair. Your hair health is paramount. Please be aware that it may require more than one visit to achieve your desired colour. Some colours are not achievable on all hair types. Your stylist will inform and guide you as to what is achievable during your consultation.
Jarnell’s will always perform a thorough consultation prior to your service, however if the result does not present as expected and agreed, Jarnell’s will work with you to achieve a more satisfying result, providing you contact the salon within the first five days after your appointment. If you are unhappy with the result by choice, Jarnell’s will arrange to amend the final result at the usual pricing rates.

What to wear?

When attending your appointment at Jarnell’s please wear appropriate clothing – nothing of high value – as clothing and accessories may be damaged during your hair procedure/s. Although we take the utmost care, sometimes damage can occur and if you choose to wear or use items of value which may be damaged, Jarnell’s is not liable for any damage to personal effects or property.

Late arrivals will incur a surcharge accordingly.
Please contact the salon as soon as possible if you are running late for a scheduled appointment. Bookings may be altered if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment – for example, if your appointment is for a full head of foils, the stylist may only be able to complete half a head of foils in order to be available for the next scheduled client.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you’re running late, please let us know – we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.
Your deposit will be held as a credit on your account – this can be used towards any future service that you book in within 2 weeks of cancellation. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
